I had a really bad experience here with customer service, cleanliness and the massage was very bad. I didn’t want to leave a bad review so I contacted the owner. I was promised a refund weeks ago but haven’t received it.

The shop has been recently revamped, very clean, bright and welcoming. The young lady who did my eyebrow wax and tint was very pleasant and professional and did a great job. Prices very reasonable. Very pleased.

Turned up to the venue and it was closed. Have tried calling several times and was told I would get a call back but never did. Just want my money back.
