AVOID!Didn’t receive the treatment I was booked in for, therapist cut my finger and laughed. Had no gel in multiple colours I had picked! Was informed my therapist is a TRAINEE who was left unsupervised to carry out treatment on clients? Tried to inform them in writing privately only for me to be BLOCKED! Was told to phone the owner, have phoned 4 times he’s answered once apparently in a meeting, still waiting on my call back that’s been since Friday! Gel polish peeled off next day!! AVOID!

My first visit to kerenza and I couldn't ask for a better experience Umi was AMAZING! Cant thank her enough for making me feel as comfortable as possible even took my shoes off ... what an added bonus LOL! See you in a couple of weeks time!
