Charged extra for ‘manicure’, when I only got what was part of the gel polish description (file into desired shape). Colour is a little inconsistent. Looks like a 2 week old manicure after 2 days.

technician was very professional and did a good job in my manicure. only thing I could add is that he was disrupted while working several times by answering phone or talking to clients coming in which is really annoying for customer he is with!
