Despite booking online at 7am, I was told that Treatwell "shouldn't have accepted my booking" when I arrived for my appointment at 5:30pm. They honored my booking, which I had paid for in full, but started 30 min late and I was reminded more than once that the booking system was wrong and I shouldn't have been able to book so late in the day. The whole thing was rushed and uncomfortable...and not cheap.
