The pedicure was done well however there was poor communication and planning from the team as my waxing appt was delayed by 30 mins and the waxing technician did not even come out to apologise or explain. I asked for my money back for the waxing and left and I won’t be going back as it was utterly shambolic after a nice pedicure.
