I have been visiting Lorraine for a long time now, both at her home-based therapy room and at her new room at Discovery Park, Sandwich. I don't actually have a preference because once in her new room you really wouldn't know you were in the middle of a large office building, while at her house you are treated in a beautiful, cosy therapy room which is away from the living areas (and she lets me see her two cats if I want!!). I am always slightly chilly after a massage but have never felt cold in either of her rooms.
I have had several different types of massage, facials, manicures and pedicures, eyelash inserts and waxing from Lorraine and can say with my hand on my heart that I have never been less than completely happy with a treatment. Lorraine knows me well enough to know that if I am NOT happy, I will speak out at the time so that, if possible, she can rectify whatever it is.
I try to treat myself to at least one treatment every month and am already planning what to have next!
I have been a loyal client of Lorraine's since 2007 and she is with out doubt one of the best beauty therapists that I have ever had. A consummate professional, always friendly and gives the best massages and pedicures in the world. I can't recommend her services enough
Lorraine has been my therapist for many years, in fact the whole family are regulars and I would definitely recommend all of her services to everyone. The home salon is spacious, warm and welcoming with a very comfortable ambience. I have experienced all sorts of treatments with Lorraine and have always been very happy with the results. My last experience was sublime, an aromatherapy facial with additional luxury face mask and relaxing hand massage while the mask set. I was so relaxed after the treatment that I floated home. The music playing during the treatment was lovely and helped with my relaxation. I will continue to visit Lorraine for treatments and believe that she is one of the best therapists in Kent. I and my daughters have also been fortunate enough to have received training from Lorraine and can also recommend her as a tutor, she makes learning a pleasure. I wholeheartedly recommend Lorraine as a therapist and tutor.
I felt compelled to comment on Wahanda regarding Kent Beauty and Massage after reading some of the reviews. I must start by saying do not listen to me! Visit Lorraine at either of her salons! You will not regret it. I have been to both. I have enjoyed many different treatments/pampering. Lorraine is first class. I have been in pain and she has fixed me! I have been embarrassed to show my ugly nails and she fixed me. I have needed centering emotionally - yes Lorraine fixed me with a wonderful Indian head massage. Mix this with her wonderful manner/healing powers/wisdom and professionalism and you have a great recipe. (She also advises on what to cook your babies that evening!)
I have visited many beauty salons (around the world) I would not recommend unless I was truly impressed. Proof is in the pudding as they say. Go see Lorraine. You will understand then.

Lorraine always ensures the treatment is tailored to my requirements on the day I am visiting (I tend to get a recurring leg problem from running that she works wonders on!). You are always made to feel valued and respected.
Her room is away from the main house, is professional and spotless and a haven of tranquility.
