I booked the massage for me and my girlfriend, as a treat for her birthday. They cancelled the massage on the day for some reason with the venue which I cannot totally understand. This is a shame. If customers cannot cancel within 24 hours / still need to pay even if they cannot attend, should there be some sort of requirement for the service provider?

Firstly I was running late due to train issues, when I eventually arrived about 20 mins late I was just expecting my massage to be cut short which would have been completely fine. I wasn’t rushed once I got there and once done with the formalities the massage started shortly after. I was just expecting the remaining 30mins or so left of my 1hr massage. My massage with Alisha was very good and relaxing. Happily to my surprise she had still given me the full hour despite my lateness. Furthermore she told me to take my time getting ready after the massage even though I noticed it was past their closing time. A great lesson in customer service.
