Visited the salon this weekend (first time) after a long time waiting to redo highlights. Firstly Nicole wasn't there when I had booked appnt with her. Then after 4 hours I've come out with an orange patch (strategically covered up when they finished styling) where they have not put the toner on correctly right by my roots. Woke up this AM very disappointed after spending £120 and now I'll have to try and redo this area myself before a busy week of work commitments!
