Katie's happy to give her professional opinion & listens to me as a client. Fantastic with my SEN child, super patient & accepting, really engages with him & took time to build trust. Fabulous with my teenager, again really patient, asks open questions and engages with her, fully respecting her young clients. Brilliant, consistent quality.
