The patch test was simple and at the same time discussed ideas for the colour and cut prior to the appointment. So friendly and listens and advise is spot on too.

Katie is so helpful and listens to what you want. Having my first balayage we had discussed colours and she thought she may have not got it quite right and instantly said she’d re-tone. But we didn’t need to, it was gorgeous. Can’t wait for a return visit.
