A month ago I had a pedicure at the salon. I was happy with the service but not with the cleanliness of the salon. A few days after the service my calves and ankles were itchy, where they were on the leg rest of the chair. I thought I had an allergy, but bumps/circles started to show on my skin. I went to the GP and it is a fungal infection. I was given ointments and a referral to a dermatologist. I informed the technician, but I was ignored. The pedicure chair was not cleaned post each client.
