My initial experience was bad. When I arrived for my 9am appointment, the shutters were down and I clearly wasn't expected despite having had confirmation via Treatwell. Fortunately the kind assistant opened the shutters and let me in soon after I arrived, washed my hair and made me tea while awaiting the stylist (Ayhan Kol) who arrived 45 mins late (due to a miscommunication with the app). He did a very good blow dry, however, exactly as I wanted it so all good in the end

The salon was quite dirty, very busy… the whole wax was a rush job
