Worst hairdressing experience I’ve had. The salon was chaotic, I paid for a straightening treatment and haircut and my hairs was dried curly, the chemicals burnt my eyes and the staff were non fussed.

Booked a wash, cut and blow-dry for my sister’s 18th birthday. Her 12pm appointment took until 2pm, despite being listed as 45 minutes. The stylist was lovely and did a great job, but the excessive wait ruined what should’ve been a special treat
