I normally have Mounia but she was not available so I booked Karina. Mounia is normally quick and waxes downwards. Karina waxed from the sides and it was very painful, when it’s normally endurable. I bled quite excessively and I imposed waxing downwards. She proceeded to still wax sideways and took long to the point I was excessively sweating. Will not be booking her again
