The location is a little dodgy but the staff was so lovely and the value for money was great.

Do not go there to relax because of the boxing lesson next door (music very loud)!
I don't really know what to say but it wasn't exceptional at all: the room was too hot and didn't smell very good. The massage was okay but I had to wait 30 minutes because the appointment before was late. The masseuse even asked me if I wanted to split my treatment: stat with 30 min (waiting her client|), then take her client, to finally ended my 30 min massage left!? Never seen that. Obviously I said no!
Anyway, the masseuse was nice but in my opinion not professional in term of relaxing (even if I think the massage was okay).

Treatment itself was great, she checked which areas I wanted her to focus on and also pressure preferred. Like others have mentioned venue isn't the most spa like but I didn't go there expecting it to be so it didn't bother me!
