I'm sorry to say, but this was my worst massage so far. They made me wait 45 minutes, the treatment room was untidy, the floor was dirty and someone kept knocking on the door. Not a relaxing experience at all. The massage itself was, well, okay-ish, but didn't resolve my issue. Not that anybody asked what my problem was ...

Lovely ambience! The ground floor is a gorgeous gift shop with scrumptious smelling bath bombs and soaps! Lillian was fantastic! Lovely and warm! Thank you
