The salon was closed at the time of arrival and there's no response from the owner when trying to call - absolutely appalling that they're offering bookings and taking money for non operational service! Treatwell - please issue a refund asap!

treatment never happened. I called to confirm my appointment and got told there had been a double booking and I could not be seen at my booked appointment time. currently awaiting a refund. this is the 2nd time this has happened with this venue.

Traumatised - bikini wax from hell! I’ve had bikini wax a million times so can tell when the person doing it is experienced or not but this was something else!! She applied hot wax all over the place, starting from the middle ?! clearly didn’t know how to take it off pulling nearly hair by hair or in which direction to pull. I had to stop her and the blame was put on wax which was obviously not the problem. Went there for Brazilian and had to leave with half Hollywood because I could force my step f to stay there even a second longer. How can a salon leave paying customers with people who don’t know what they are doing?! Never going back there and really wish you think twice but if you do I hope you don’t get the same person.
