I had to ask the hairdresser to wear a face mask otherwise he wouldn’t have. I left with a terrible uneven haircut.

After paying £120 for a light/caramel brown balayage, my hair was turned fluorescent orange. It was so bad that I came back the next day to ask to have my hair dyed back to its original colour. I didn’t get a refund either.
