Mehmet made me pay 20pounds extra for no reason other than "my hair was below the shoulder". I had already opted to pay extra on Treatwell because my hair is below the shoulder but he still charged extra again on premises. He was very rude when I questioned why this was the case. It was also very dirty, towels, surfaces and he used hairbrushes after dropping them on the floor. Will report to Treatwell too for false pricing. Avoid this place at all costs.
