Stylist washed hair with shampoo after the perm and said conditioner is bad for the hair, put multiple handful of mousse in and then said I couldn't wash it for 5 days. By the time I got home it was lank, stuck together in clumps and straight. I tried reaching out since to see if they could fix it but my email has gone ignored.
I've had perms before and they've always turned out nice and curly. My hair is not frizzy and dry and worse looking than before I went here.

Great value service. I ad a wash, cut, and blow-dry at and I couldn’t be happier! They did a fantastic job—my hair feels amazing and looks exactly how I wanted. The whole experience was relaxing, and the staff where all super friendly. Highly recommend!”

Genuinely the best blowdry I've had in London. And my hair is curly and thick which is really not easy to deal with.
Long lasting + beautiful waves/bounciness, and only from using a blowdry (no iron) - which is what I look for and is so hard to find. (other salons always use an iron to create waves and it doesn't last).
Mehmed is the best!!
