Good bits:
excellent waxing service
my eyebrows are looking FANTASTIC, the shape is just brilliant
the pedicure was fabulous
soft towels and small touches were rather nice
GREAT value for money
Bad bits:
regardless the small touches, this is a pretty scruffy salon
not an indulgent experience, it feels more like you're going in for routine servicing
the receptionist guy could do with some customer service training
Being the last customer in the place felt like an imposition

I liked the lady who waxed me and she understood that I had sensitive skin and tried as much as possible to be gentle. She was talkative and sweet however when I finished the treatment she had mentioned that there were lots of treatments on discount that particular day and I was interested in having a look at them but the reception lady who was very polite kept trying to get me to put some money down to secure a price which I understood but I was clearly not going to but they kept pushing and I didn't want to be inpolite. However I thought the lady who did my treatement was very good and I would go back if I could get a similar offer.

I had a hollywood waxing and it was less painful than others waxing treatment I had in the past!
