I didn’t end up getting perm as I didn’t read the instructions but the gentleman that done my hair was really helpful and coloured my roots, cut my hair instead. He was really knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. Would recommend.

My visit to Kael Beauty Centre was somewhat of a rollercoaster ride, but it all worked out in the end! Basically, I didn't show Mamed a photo of what I wanted as I thought he understood what I was describing. The result was colour that was way off what I wanted! Mamed was very understanding and helpful and we worked together to get my hair to a good place by the time I left (with the aid of a photo!). I was really impressed with his kindness and professionalism and will consider going back!

100% AWFUL, from start to end. Dear all females, please AVOID THIS SALON. The man uses old blunt scissors and has no experience or taste in cutting hair. I have been growing my hair for one year and decided to get a trim....he left my hair all choppy and kept saying 'I know what I am doing.'
Huge regret, unclean atmosphere and creepy old man.
Please avoid ladies!
