A fantastic first time experience. The staff were friendly and inviting and made us feel welcome. My daughters haircut was fantastic with the stylist taking time and care with her cut.

I had an amazing experience. They stayed open really late for me and even though one of staff didn't just wanted to leave the woman doing my nails did not care and spent an hour and a half making sure my nails were perfect. All that mattered was that I was happy. Would definitely recommend.

I went there for a classical haircut based on the previous overall positive comments. The staff is very polite. They offer you tea or coffee while you are waiting. They take time to answer your needs.
- they promote their products they use. they are not too agressive.
- Card is not accepted but you are informed just at this end
- ambience/decoration could be reviewed
