lovely staff and venue but unfortunately can only give 4 stars as my appointment was 45 mins late due to a late client before me and i went in my lunch break so ended up being gone for 2 hours rather than 1. The lady did her best to be quick which I was very appreciative of.

Petra's only goal was to make sure that I left the salon 100% happy and she definitely succeeded. She was such a perfectionist with my nails and they truly did come out absolutely perfect!
