salon and staff are great. my nails were great however the colour I chose - as it was a light colour had to be put on quite thick so didn't look 'amazing' however this is my own fault for picking a light colour - this is the only reason I deducted one star

Not what I expected really. Receptionist really unfriendly, looked extremely bored too. No pedicure shares so I sat on a sofa in the middle of the salon. Not a very comfortable experience but the pedicure itself was done nicely and has lasted well.

I got a perm at Sultan 2 weeks ago and I cannot rate it more! Gary who did my hair was really experienced and lovely. I went from asian straight long hair to a short curly bob essentially so he kept reassuring me that I could go back free of charge if I wasn't happy with the result. Due to my previously bleached hair my undercut didn't take the perm very well so I did go back and Gary was so accommodating and gave me more curls and a better trim.
I've always struggled to find a hairdressers who know what they're doing and is reasonably priced and I'm so glad I finally found it! Such a bonus as well that I live in the area :). Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful time, staff is extremely friendly and Petra did my nails much better than expected!! Definitely coming back a lot.
