This appointment took 40 minutes longer than scheduled, meaning I was late to a show I had booked. The beautician, while very nice, polite, and kind, was very slow and seemed inexperienced. When I got home later, I noticed entire patches on my legs that had been missed, so I will need to epilate myself too. Very disappointed and unquestionably the worst wax I have had (in 10 years of getting waxes).
