Worst waxing treatment ever! First of all, they were 15 minutes behind. Then the therapist tried to push me to have a laser removal from the very start which i had to politely refuse. 2 minutes into the treatment she openly admitted in her own words that she was not proficient in waxing. She then attempted to wax the same area more than 5 times to try to get the hair off. At this point I was really annoyed and requested for an experienced therapist. She brought in a colleague who then advised her and demonstrated the way to do it!!!! It was as though she had never done a waxing treatment before! And unfortunately for me, her colleague left to attend to another client. She then carried on with the newly taught skills poorly, leaving me in agony. I have done many underarm waxing before, which usually takes at most 15 minutes. This therapist made me endure a 30 minutes agonising pain with end result of blotchy redness on my underarm. 2 days on, I am still feeling the pain from her poor waxing technique! To make matters worst, I prepaid online so I couldn't even demand for a refund. On my way out, the man at the front counter had the nerve to say to me that I should trim my hair before the next appointment so to not make it difficult for the therapist. Yes way to go, blame the customer. Sorry but there would be no next time. Never coming back to this place ever again and would not recommend anyone else either. Plus it's more expensive than most salons so feeling completely ripped off
