Mehmet is great - always cuts my hair really well with great layers and flow. Amazing blow dry as well, and all in the space of about 40 minutes - excellent.

Terrible! Dirtiest salon I have ever been to! I only wanted to get my roots done.
- The colour I got applied didn't match my tone
- The product didn't cover my grey hair and had "highlights" all over
- The trainee washed my hair, which is all right... if he hadn't put conditioning all over! I mean all over! he put it in the roots so I had to wash my hair again when I got home so I could get rid of the buttery feeling. This is soo basic!
- When my hair was about to be brushed, the brush was wrapped in hair! It was so filthy I had to tell the guy and he even apologized
- I was so disappointed they offer me to come back next week to fix it. I tried... but guy was there only twice a week and the other stylist didn't want to do the job. By the way, he was not nice at all
I am not picky when it comes to hair, zero, but this experience was horrific!!
