The atmosphere at the studio is always really friendly, relaxed, and welcoming. Jess is very friendly and down to earth, and exceptionally skilled!! I have anxiety, too, and she is always very caring and considerate so that I always feel relaxed getting my eyebrows shaped - it’s a lovely and pampering experience. 5/5*****!!
