I didn't feel well enough for my Hollywood wax and after my upper lip I'm quite happy I skipped it. She was super fast and efficient, but I ended up with 2 scars on my face after the treatment.
My eyebrows on the other hand...they certainly have never looked this good before. She was really precise and did an excellent job.

I have had a very negative experience her in regards to the waxing process. I went in for a full leg and hollywood wax and it was awful- there was still leg hair left after she was done plus it was incredibly slow. Oh, and in the upper inner leg area, she did not know how to pull the strip properly and ended up pulling only half few times so I ended up with bruises.
The hollywood though was the worst part- first of all she used strips of wax which I have never heard of for hollywood and literally burned my skin by applying at least 3-4 layers on every side of the area. In the end after after 15-20 minutes of excruciating pain I was hoping I will at least soon be done but it wasn't even half done so I tried to get through it but had to ask her to stop. She offered to book me in for a few days later to come back so she can finish off once the skin has calmed down but honestly I would never want to go back there for a hollywood. Next day I got white bumps everywhere and few ingrown hairs already. Plus now I have to wait few more days and actually go pay somewhere else to get the service that the salon was supposed to provide. Overall not impressed.

Kaana did a perfect job once again! She truly does the best shape on my eyebrows, so meticulously that it takes longer to even grow back, compared to other places where they do a touch and go job at double the price. She's calm, super friendly, almost like an aunt to talk to. A regular customer for the past 4 months, glad I discovered this salon through the Treatwell app. See you again soon!:)
