The lady was very friendly and relaxed. The place could do with a bit of a make over, but the massage itself was one of the best massages I've ever had!!

This was my first eyelash tint in a salon. I have previously had 1 tint done by a friend at home. There was only one therapist working so I had to wait but not very long. She did not communicate each step very well e.g. how long I would be waiting with my eyes closed. When it was time to wipe the excess away I wiped under my eyes but not directly on my eyelashes. She commented on this but did not tell me that it was important. When I was walking home my eyes were stinging and watering (not really painful and not for longer than half an hour) . After the stinging died down and a few more wiping sessions I am now the proud owner of two sets of fantastic lashes. The balance of the two is what makes this come out as ok across the board.

Very friendly therapist, the perming took a bit longer than usual but I much preferred the results compared to how I usually have it done. My eyelashes look great. Would get the treatment done here again.

I can tolerate pain and I can't say that it was that painful, however at certain very intimate areas it was beyond painful and it appears that she waxed the same area more than few times also ripping off few layers of skin. My hair has been growing back very badly, I had this red inflamed area of skin for some time and I suffer lots of ingrown hair. As Kaana said, she is multitalented as she provides all the services in the salon herself. However, perhaps strip wax is something she should not be providing. Maybe it was just a one-off unlucky experience, but I will not be going back there to test that theory.
