Kaprice left me hanging outside on the street for an hour without returning calls to her business phone or responding to the buzzer of her studio. I never had my treatment or an apology, and she has had time to contact me since to apologise. Very unprofessional.

Would never go anywhere else now that I have found Kaprice! She is honestly so brilliant! Lovely woman, knew exactly what she was doing. Made me feel at ease, got everything off! Highly recommend!! It's so rare to find an amazing waxer!!
