There was no appointment. I turned up, followed the instructions on the door, left several phone messages and received no communication back. Won’t be trying to rebook.

I have had a couple of great waxes with Kaprice. The studio is really lovely and completely clean. Kaprice is very welcoming and particularly attentive - both in checking that you’re ok through the wax and making sure it’s a thorough job.
