Feet feel great and nails look good. Had to wait over 30 minutes beyond my appointment time but wasn’t in a rush so it was ok. It’s very quiet and peaceful in there.

It took about 2 hours for a refill, which I normally have done in 45 mins. 2 of them have come off since within days of being done, never happened before. Did get one replaced but even then was waiting a while and no real apology. Wasn’t the best experience unfortunately.
