Opened 10 minutes late for my 10 am appointment. Male receptionist was rude and didn't say sorry when I told him I was waiting outside 10 mins. Vanessa saved the day she was amazing masseuse and really welcomed me and made me feel special.

This was my first experience of a Moroccan Hammam and will definitely not be my last. The team are really lovely and helpful. The only reason I gave the atmosphere 4 stars is because the relaxation area is also the area where customers walk through to get changed and collect their towels. This can be disruptive when your trying to relax.

I arrived on time but had to wait 10 minutes while the receptionist dealt with another customer. I could have completed the health and safety form in that time.
Downstairs, I was told to wait for the attendant once I got undressed.
I waited with my own towel on the lounger for 15 minutes. The space was very cold,
despite a faux fireplace on. The attendant was surprised to see me and beckoned me to go to the sauna. The hammam was good, however, I would have preferred a private shower after.
