This all that I had hoped for and more. The staff were extremely friendly and professional.
I literally could have stayed all day.
The only downside is that the towel basket should be changed. The staff will be able to see why. But this won’t/shouldn’t put me or anyone else of from going here.
I would give them 9/10.

I thought the place was non operational as I turned up at 09:50hrs and the shutters were closed. Informed by a young member of staff that the spa opens at 10am. Had to wait a further 10 minutes before the hammam was ready.
After that, no problems to report.

all staff very pleasant and informative. had steam and was told the correct way to use soap and body mask. mask left my skin smooth and soft. would recommend.

The moroccan bath is always so exceptional and the ladies are extremely accommodating and pleasant. Melissa was quite welcoming and experienced in the area of massage. She's always very attentive and explains before and after the process.
