I arrived on time but had to wait 10 minutes while the receptionist dealt with another customer. I could have completed the health and safety form in that time.
Downstairs, I was told to wait for the attendant once I got undressed.
I waited with my own towel on the lounger for 15 minutes. The space was very cold,
despite a faux fireplace on. The attendant was surprised to see me and beckoned me to go to the sauna. The hammam was good, however, I would have preferred a private shower after.

Staff always very friendly. Nothing‘s ever too much for them and they leave you alone to relax. It’s great.

First experience at a Moroccan Hamman. Lovely products used, skin felt like baby skin.
Massage was dissappointing as I was not expecting a massage gun, really needing fingers to go in an undo those knots.
Having say that shop might look small from outside but it is not. Love the little cafe at the back where you can seat and relax before and after your treatment.
