This is my 4th time visiting this spa and it has become my main therapy and relaxation hub.
The steam/sauna room is just magical and the treatments inbetween leave me renewed.
Vinny at reception, IIham who does the hamman treatments are amazing, friendly and warm which makes my visits always satisfying.
The masseuse Luana took away my aches from head to toe and added a great head and face massage which completed my experience.

wouldn't go back. upon arrival, you get told you have to pay for the gloves they use to exfoliate you - this wasn't made clear for us. so you are already £10 down, then go down into the treatment area and its just really lacklustre - greasy thin towels, 'key and locks' on the lockers that you could easily just pull off, dirty grubby 'spa shoes' that clearly dont get disinfected. the scrub itself genuinely lasted about 1 minute in total. I would save your money for something else
