Had a lovely time at K spa on Friday. The steam room was nice and hot and the therapist did a great job with the scrub. Felt so refreshed and then was topped off with a really lovely massage. The therapist finished the treatment with a jasmine oil on the skin that smelled so good! Would highly recommend! We used a Wowcher deal but would happily pay full price aswell. Staff are very friendly!

Opened 10 minutes late for my 10 am appointment. Male receptionist was rude and didn't say sorry when I told him I was waiting outside 10 mins. Vanessa saved the day she was amazing masseuse and really welcomed me and made me feel special.

This was my first experience of a Moroccan Hammam and will definitely not be my last. The team are really lovely and helpful. The only reason I gave the atmosphere 4 stars is because the relaxation area is also the area where customers walk through to get changed and collect their towels. This can be disruptive when your trying to relax.
