I arrived on time but the the wax was still heating. The wax obviously wasn’t hot enough as when I got home my lip hair was still there, so felt like I wasted my time and money.

She was really friendly and made me feel at ease and safe. Was a bit nervous as the last place I went was painful but the techniques and product were super pro so I felt minimal pain. Highly recommend!
