Valencia was quick and efficient, getting the whole treatment done in about 10 minutes. She used a combination of hot and strip wax, which I wasn’t very happy about because the latter isn’t good in such a sensitive area and I have some skin damage as a result. The treatment was done to a high standard besides this.
