Was a bit apprehensive about going after reading a few bad reviews but I had nothing to worry about! The actual location is inside a dentist (a fancy dentist I must add!) so you just sit in the waiting room like any other patient. The treatment room was clean, private and there was nice spa music playing which was a nice touch! My brows look great and for £10 I’m so happy I’ve found somewhere I can pop in during my lunch break. Would definitely recommend (and have already in fact to my colleagues!)
