This was really a horrendous experience from start to finish. The therapist hadn't had time to change the towels and paper on the bed when i arrived. She took a call when i was unclothed on the bed. The call was a complaint from another customer who I could hear on the other end of the phone and then she actually started waxing me whilst on the phone. The wax was very poor- she left hair and made me bleed and didn't change the wooden applicator each time. She also had to give me a Hollywood because asked me too late whether I wanted a Hollywood or Brazilian!! Management clearly have not invested in this venture at all. If I could give this experience zero stars for everything I would!

I’ve been going here for nearly a year now and always found the service efficient, clean and relatively pain free which is what you want from a lunchtime bikini wax. This time took a lot longer (to be seen and for the bikini and leg wax itself) which is the only reason I’m knocking off a star
