From the outset this is not a fantastic looking venue but the beautician was extremely quick and the experience was pain free which is a major win for me!

Had eyebrow threading, asked just for a tidy up because I have thin eyebrows that won’t grow. My eyebrows were then shaped to thinner eyebrows and the right one is now further in than the left one. When I said they looked thinner the reply was “that’s just because I took you’re make up off”. Then she pretty much ran out the door and said if I had any questions she’d be in reception. Couldn’t find her anywhere and the guy on the front desk had his headphones on and didn’t even look up from behind the desk. Came away with red eyebrows, no aloe or anything to soothe them. Total rip off for £10, had a better experience for £4. Wouldn’t ever go back or recommend.
