The staff were polite and friendly over the phone - they called to reschedule my appointment (I had booked with quite short notice) and were helpful. When I arrived my first impression was of a clean relaxing space, and the receptionist was so friendly. The process felt professional and the therapist checked whether I had any allergies and what kind of wax I wanted, I felt relaxed with her. The room was comfortable temperature and the treatment was the quickest wax I've had! It really only took 15-20 minutes and I was very happy with the overall result - she was very efficient and this meant minimal pain too so I was very pleased. Would definitely book again!
