I was very disappointed with my treatment - off to a bad start as on the day I was meant to have the wax, they called that afternoon to change the date and time. When I got there it felt like everyone was in a huge rush. I wasn’t offered anything to cover myself with on the treatment table. Then the wax they used really stuck to the skin so it was incredibly painful. The hot wax for the intimate area was also painful as it wasn’t hot enough so was very tacky and difficult for the beautician to remove. In the intimate area the beautician also didn’t wax in sections with the different grains of hair - instead waxed giant swathes at once. After the treatment my skin started peeling very badly. Ultimately extremely painful and unprofessional experience and bad value for money.
