Have been several times previously and been happy with results.
This time, was a distinctly different service. I was advised that they were now adding extra charges to what was previously included in the wax. And is standard to Brazilian waxes. These charges are not mentioned at all at the booking stage. This made little sense as everyone’s hair growth is different and therefore less hair might be present in some areas, yet the hair present may incur extras without the wax taking any longer than the allotted time. My skin after 3 days was peeling and spilt with hair still present. There is now no mirror in the treatment room to check you are happy with the treatment or to get dressed in front of. There is no washroom either. Will not return again. Disappointing.
