Made me feel really relaxed and welcome. Chatted all the way through what could have been an awkward procedure and gave me all the relevant aftercare. I had instantly come out in a rash on my legs after the waxing and the lady informed me this can be normal and correct she was, this disappeared before the next day. I will definitely be returning next month
