Obviously a learning therapist so you have to have compassion, but after flagging that there were big patches she missed I've still come home to notice more. Lighting in the room is quite bad, so with light blonde hair it's not as easy to see what's left, but that's no excuse for a waxing salon! Trainer should be more involved in checking and finishing the job when someone is this obviously new... at least it was friendly and not painful. She'll probably be a solid waxer in a few weeks 🙃
Wax therapist seemed relatively new to the salon (I’ve been many times before now). She was friendly and empathetic, but I noticed she was inspecting an area and it turns out my skin had came of during the wax (a small cut but it would’ve been nice to know). Also left some patches with hair, so a bit disappointed when I had a look at home…
