I booked via Treatwell for a facial when I got to the salon they told me that no one is available to do my facial, I asked why did it let me book online if there was no one there to do the facial, they had no explanation to it. I asked for a refund and they said go through Treatwell. Absolutely disgusting behaviour I had to tolerate, very unprofessional. My advice will be never go to this salon šš»
